Can I cancel my reservation at Kitchen Table?

Sure, we know that things change and you can't always predict your schedule. To cancel your reservation, find your meal in your "Upcoming Meals" list and click on Cancel.

If you cancel with more than 48hrs in advance, we'll reimburse you in full.

If you cancel between 24 and 48hrs in advance, we'll reimburse half of what you paid.

If you cancel within 24hrs of the event, unfortunately, we won't be able to reimburse you.

Kitchen Table Hosts shop at the farmers markets and buy their groceries ahead of time and imagine how frustrating it must be to be left with all that extra food and open seats at their table!

What if I book a seat at a table and never hear back from the host?

We’re sorry to hear that! If you book a meal and you do not hear back from the host within 48 hours, your booking will be released and no payments will be charged.

You can always re-book the meal or contact the host in advance.

Hosts can cancel a posted meal at any time without penalty as long as there are no booked seats.

Once a diner books a seat at the table, Hosts may cancel the meal but they are required to reimburse the diner for the full amount that the diner paid and reimburse Kitchen Table for the service fee.
